The Audience Database is a powerful tool that helps cut campaign costs, provides invaluable insights through audience data, and makes marketing and fundraising more effective.
The Audience Database is a cooperative, cloud-based patron database that allows users throughout the Bay Area to:

FAQ
How does pricing work?
Annual fees range from $310 to $5,370.
This is based on:
- Organization Budget: Sliding-scale pricing reflects your org's annual budget.
- TBA Membership: Theatre Bay Area company members receive 30% or more off all advertising programs.
- When You Join: If you join mid-cycle, we'll prorate it to reflect the remaining portion of the year.
For the past decade, the sliding-scale model has helped dozens of small-budget organizations access this program below cost. This allows the Audience Database to have more complete data representing broader arts audiences.
How can I get the best deal?
It depends on your budget, your membership, and when you join. Request a quote to get a personalized breakdown.
Who is sharing the cooperative database?
Participating producers, presenters, and educational institutions come from all disciplines, including dance, music, museums, and of course theatre!
Since the Bay Area network launch, our longstanding community users have included Berkeley Repertory Theatre, ODC Dance, San Jose Museum of Art, Marin Theatre Company, and Shotgun Players.
