Access the Melissa Y. Smith Library
American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) and Theatre Bay Area have forged a new partnership for artists all around the Bay Area to access A.C.T.’s Melissa Yandell Smith Library collection.
The Melissa Yandell Smith Library contains nearly 15,000 titles including play scripts, books, videos, language and music recordings, music scores, and theater periodicals.
The library is generally open 12-8 PM Monday through Friday, but hours may vary. Check out the library website for the weekly schedule. To browse the collection in person or pick up held items, call ahead at (415) 439-2453.
Individual Premium members (including Student members) and Company members can access the full collection. Free members can upgrade to a Premium membership here!
